AlloTres^T.M., now in its third (tres) generation, is a state-of-the-art, fully-automated chemical dispensing system with years of Birko in-plant experience behind its concept and development. The AlloTres^T.M. Communication Center features the latest touch-screen computer technology and is housed in a NEMA 4, wash-down rated box that can be accessed anywhere in the plant when connected to the plant ethernet. The ethernet connection, with customer permission, also allows Birko technicians to provide 24/7 support to avoid downtime on critical plant chemical applications.

The AlloTres^T.M system offers plant management the ability to allocate and track an unlimited number of chemical forumlas through various dispensing systems located throughout the entire plant. The emphasis is on security. With AlloTres^T.M. all stand-alone chemical systems in the plant can be integrated and placed under management control.

With several layers of built-in security, plant management has the option of allocating precise quantities of mixed chemical to heavy-use systems and all the way down to an individual employee. Formulas may be quickly and efficiently changed from the AlloTres^T.M. work station. Reports can be generated for every plant system for accurate cost tracking or to summarize chemical usage for a department, an individual employee, a chemical formula, or an individual chemical product.

In the future, with customer permission, Birko will be able to remotley monitor plant chemical usage and alert plant management and your Birko Technical Representative of developing problems with your chemical inventory or a plant chemical system.

Birko also provides precison chemical mixing and dispensing equipment to fully automate any plant process or system such as CIP (Clean-In-place). We provide chemical use analysis and recommendations for formulas to solve your plant's specific cleaning or sanitation challenges.

BIRKO provides a final specification for all UltraClean™ Systems and assists the plant's maintenance department with installation, start-up and calibration, as well as employee training.
