Birko's e-Warehouse offers the small to medium-sized meat, poultry and food processor the opportunity to purchase the same highly-effective chemical products used in bulk in the largest operations – in smaller quantities – online. The e-Warehouse can accept credit cards, and orders are shipped by UPS.

Birko Beefxide® and Lactic Acid antimicrobials can be applied by our handheld sprayer.
These are perfect for smaller operations looking to comply with USDA directives.
Beefxide® is our new organic acid for carcass decontamination on USDA inspected slaughter floors and in coolers. It offers robust effectiveness on a wide variety of enteric and aerobic bacteria species with residual antimicrobial effect. Applied with a simple hand-held wand or through more elaborate in-line commercial spray cabinets after a potable water rinse, Beefxide® effectively reduces surface bacteria and inhibits further growth.
BIRKOSideT.M. MP-2 Antimicrobial Solution is a Peroxyacetic Acid-based blend for use in federally-inspected meat plants for direct application to meat through to fabrication and grinding. It does the job and breaks down quickly with no undesirable residue or off-flavor.
BIRKO also carries a variety of Listeria-suppressing, lactate-based additives designed to inhibit growth in further processed meats such as sausage.
Ultra-Quat is a 10% active, four-way quaternary ammonium (quat) sanitizer/disinfectant, registered with the E.P.A., and allowed for post-rinse sanitizing.
