HENDERSON, Colo. — Birko, a leader in providing food safety solutions to the meat, produce and brewery industries, has been named by ColoradoBiz magazine as a Top 50 Family-Owned Colorado Company for 2015.
“We’re thrilled to be recognized as a Top 50 Company for the third year in a row,” said Kelly Green, third-generation owner and chairman of Birko’s board. “My grandparents founded this company over 60 years ago to keep the food chain safe.
